enter into this Banquet Facility Agreement on the terms and
conditions set out below. The Club agrees to provide the
room(s), food, beverages, services and amenities described
below and the Guest agrees to pay the amounts described below:

9.
Deposit: Payment of 40% of
the Price (Deposit) in #8 above is required at the later of
Date of Agreement or 120 days before the Date of the Event,
with the balance to be paid at or before the Date of the
Event.
10.
Deposit Cancellation Policy: The
Club will refund: 100% of the Deposit in #9 above if cancellation
is made in writing and received by the Club 120 days before
the Date of the Event; 50% of the Deposit in #9 above if cancellation
is made in writing and received by the Club 90–119 days before
the Date of the Event; nonrefundable 89 days or fewer before the Date of the Event.
The Room Rental in #6 above will not be refunded regardless of
date of cancellation.
11.
The Room Rental in #6 above is non-refundable.
Any
changes to This Agreement Must be in Writing and Signed by the
Parties.
