Our banquet room is perfect for any party with 15 to 250 guests. Our room can be broken down into three smaller rooms to fit the size of your party. In order to book our banquet room for your party there is an up-front room rental fee. The room rental is $1000.00 for a Saturday event and $700.00 for any other day of the week. For smaller parties (non-weddings) with food purchase the room rental cost is $3.00 a person. The room rental fee reserves your date and includes set up and clean up, tables, chairs, glassware, silverware, china, linen (with the exception of chair covers), wait staff, bartending staff, as well as incidental fees such as carver fees or cake cutting fees. Wallinwood does not cater, nor do we allow any food or drink to be catered into the building. We have a chef and a full service kitchen where all the food is brought in and cooked fresh for your party or event. Wallinwood also has a Michigan liquor license so it is against the law to bring in your own alcoholic beverages. The only service we do not provide is your wedding cake or dessert, as we are not in the wedding cake business. We do allow dessert items to be brought in for your event. The total cost for your party will be determined by the final decision on food and drink packages. We have varying packages to choose from for a bar plan that range from a cash bar, to a full open bar package. Our food options include both plated and buffet meals for lunch and dinner, as well as an hors d’oeuvres menu. We do have a space available for an onsite wedding. The cost for this is $300. This cost covers lawn care, electricity, chair setup (must rent from outside vendor), and use of golf carts.
