Wallinwood Springs’ facilities and service are upscale, but without the usual high cost. You’ll find our moderate prices are extremely competitive.

The clubhouse is designed in the tradition of an old Southern plantation home, with scenic views of the golf course. We can accommodate up to 260 people for your special occasion.

Policies and Liabilities

1 We must have an exact count of those being served at least five (5) business days prior to the day of your event. You will be charged for that count. Sorry, no exceptions.  
2 A 6 percent sales tax and 19 percent service charge will be applied to your total bill.
3 A room rental of $1,000 is required to confirm your banquet/reception. This is non-refundable.
4 Saturday day banquet/receptions must be out by 4:00 p.m.
5 Saturday evening banquet/receptions must begin no earlier than 6:30 p.m.
6 All entertainers may perform until 12:00 am.  
7 The banquet room must be vacated by 1:00 am by all parties (including the DJ/entertainment).
8 All entertainers contracted to perform for your occasion must contact the manager before your scheduled event.
9 No confetti of any kind may be used.  
10 No decorations may be pinned, thumbtacked, glued or attached to walls, ceilings, floors or furnishings.  However, decorations may be taped or pinned to tablecloths.  
11 For Visa and MasterCard charges, please add 4 percent.
12 Wallinwood Springs cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.
13 Any prepared food left over from your banquet MAY NOT be taken from the facility.
14 The main banquet room is smoke-free.
15 Wallinwood Springs will be glad to provide tailored menus. If you have a special menu or theme party, please ask our banquet coordinator for more information.
16 Miscellaneous banquet/reception charges: There will be a $0.85 per person applied to your bill.

17 Wallinwood Springs Golf Club cannot supply banquet facilities as a result of occurrences beyond our control (i.e., public emergency, Acts of God). Function sponsor waives any claim against Wallinwood Springs Golf Club for problems resulting from a cancelled function.
18 A banquet contract will be signed at the time you book an event.
